Ownership of a client’s website and all of its content remains with the client at all times, regardless of where the site is hosted. If, for any reason, the client chooses to move to another hosting provider, a full backup of all site files and database will be delivered electronically to the client at the cost of two hours at the Electric Bricks current hourly rate.
This content ownership policy also applies to any other intellectual property that Electric Bricks may design or develop for a client, including, but not limited to:
- Brochures & fliers
- Forms
- PowerPoint (or similar) slide decks
- Videos
- Voiceover & audio tracks
Electric Bricks reserves the right to add new policies, or change, update or remove any existing policy at any time without written notice.
